Appaloosa Horses
On this page you will meet our Foundation Appaloosa horses. We have been blessed with very special Appaloosas and would love to share them with you. Appaloosa colors are some of the most diverse and unique in the world. Whatever the pattern ; solid, blanket, snowcap, fewspot or leopard the Appaloosa coat is a source of inspiration and creativity.
Their disposition can be among the very most calm and fearless with some being as unique in personality as their colors. We found the disposition of our horses; Scappose, Desi and Rocky to be very suitable for our family , young River & Raven who were born here with us to show plenty of potential. Enjoy their pictures and information ! Let us know if we can help you add an Appaloosa to your family. We also raise colorful crosses from quality Arabian mares.
DREA Snowyrock Ghost
(Pratt Sully Fire × Makis Gianni Sassi)
This album is to showcase our wonderful 100% FPD foundation Appaloosa stallion Rocky, his ancestors and offspring. Own son of Pratt Sully Fire, with champion bloodlines in halter and performance. His full brother ” Fifty Shades Darker ” owned by Shining C Grullas .
Black fewspot, LP/LP , PATN1/PATN1, E/e.
Five panel clean
Short head and ears. No rat tail ! Plenty of hair and full tail. He also has a bit of a Draft / Gypsy mustache. Just under 15 h with enough bone for anyone and a chill demeanor we couldn’t do without. He is a kind stallion, good to the mares and has been safe in a herd situation where our young children were amongst them daily.

SHA Patchobys Design
( WF Topatchys Frosty x FCR Pepper Stepper )
Desi is a 100% FPD Appaloosa mare. Color Genetics are PATN1/?, LP/lp, a/a and E/e. 5 panel clean. In between 15.1 and 15.2 hands tall. She is a tank and has the best hooves I’ve seen on an Appaloosa.
Desi’s Temperament is calm and tolerant. She is very fond of people. It’s nothing for her to seek out a person to hang out with. Bought for my own personal ridding horse, my youngest daughter has stolen her from me! She can bridle Desi herself and get on and ride her bareback all over the property. Desi is a special horse.
She foaled a black leopard colt Dec, 22 (Sold)
And a black fewspot filly in 2024 (Keeper)
Redhawks Scappose
(Red Hawks Storm X Sarah Sunray Spot)
- Smokey Black Foundation Appaloosa mare. 97% FPD.
Meet Scappose and you will know why this was the Indian War pony of choice. Fearless and determined, Scappose is also tolerant, forgiving and loves her own people, especially kids ! She has tons of hair, big eyes, a gentle expression, good bone and balanced conformation. Easily a favorite broodmare. Her sire had the Indian shuffle gait. Approximate height 14.1hh. Five panel clean. https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/redhawks+scappose
